The Instagram App You NEED As A Content Creator!*

When I started working on Instagram a few months ago, I realised how important it is to have a consistent feed! For me, this is something I’m still trying to achieve. I’ve always focused on my pictures as an individual, rather than looking at my feed as a whole.

I came across an app called Preview at the beginning of the year but I definitely didn’t use it to it’s full potential until now. Since using it, my engagement has dramatically improved which is exactly what you want if you’re looking to turn Instagram into an income! The amount of features it has is crazy… so if you’re a content creator like me, you NEED this app!

Preview allows you to design, plan and manage your Instagram. It really has all the tools you need for the perfect Instagram, all in one place.

Here’s a list of things that Preview can do:

  • Plan your Instagram feed, rearrange the order of your posts & upload unlimited photos
Tap the post you want to move and drag it to wherever you want!
  • Edit your photos

To edit your photo, follow the steps above…

There are so many filter packages available (22 to be exact). My personal favourite filter pack is Blogger using filter P7. You can change the intensity of the filters too if you’re going for a more subtle look. Once you’ve chosen your filter, you can then edit your image clicking the button next to the filter icon. Then you’ll find lots of tools available to get the perfect Instagram picture.

  • Schedule your posts

This is one of my favourite things about Preview. Scheduling your posts is SO handy if you’re always busy and on the go or if you just like being organised.

To schedule your posts, follow the steps above…

This is something I use all the time – one of the best features offered by Preview, for sure! Using this tool allows you to have your caption, hashtags and post ready to go at a set date and time. This is also great for when brands request that you upload at a specific day/time so prepping it beforehand relieves the stress from you!

  • Find trending hashtags (this is SO important!)

I cannot stress enough how important it is to use hashtags on your Instagram posts! Hashtags help grow your account and increase your engagement by allowing your post to be seen in other places by people who don’t follow you. Using hashtags has also helped my post get onto the explore page multiple times.

I would say that 90% of the brands I’ve worked/currently working with have found me through a hashtag which is why it is a MUST to use them!

Preview allows you to find the biggest trending hashtags at that time which will help your post get to the top of these categories! You should always use hashtags that are relevant to your photo because that will help you gain an audience with similar content to you.

Using the steps above, you can also save your favourite hashtags into groups so it’s easier to find them later. By simply clicking on the group, it will automatically load them into your caption… it couldn’t get any easier!

  • Check your analytics

Again, this is super important for content creators. You want to be able to see how your posts are doing to get a feel of what your audience enjoy and what they don’t.

As well as seeing your average analytics, by clicking on see more, you can also see analytics for specific posts. E.g. ‘most liked’ and ‘most commented’. I use this tool all the time because it allows me to see what is working well with my audience, it also allows me to show brands my statistics so they know exactly what they are putting their money into.

This list is just SOME of the amazing things you can do with Preview, so if you haven’t downloaded it yet… what are you waiting for?!

Download Preview here:

To get access to all of these features, you will need to upgrade to Preview’s Premium plan but trust me when I tell you… It is 100% worth the money!

If you have any questions regarding Preview or anything else, feel free to comment or DM me on Instagram.

Hope you enjoy this app as much as I do!
